Our structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. The Queens Adventure Boot Camp Kids have so much fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.
The Queens Adventure Boot Camp for Kids Program is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families throughout the world. Our mission is to create facilities, programs and services that empower youngsters by helping them acquire the skills, confidence and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults.
We are committed to nurturing children, treating them with understanding and positive reinforcement, maintaining a supportive and noncompetitive atmosphere, and making learning fun and exciting. Experts are now saying that physical activity is an absolute necessity if an individual is to reach his/her greatest potential. Our goal is to instill physical activity as a way of life into the very being of all who participate in our program.
The benefits derived from The Queens Adventure Boot Camp for Kids Program goes far beyond the physical. The thrill of accomplishment from achieving a physical task builds self-esteem and confidence that carry over into all aspects of a child’s life. The Queens Adventure Boot Camp program teaches children to listen, to take turns, to follow directions, to become independent, and to cooperate in a group. The Queens Adventure Boot Camp Kids learn self-control and self-discipline. They acquire social skills, build their vocabularies, develop a sense of humor, and learn much about themselves, all leading to an increased sense of worth.
We believe the path to a happier, healthier life is to form a love of physical activity and desire for an active lifestyle. This connection holds best when it happens early and is strengthened if the activity is surrounded by fun, excitement and the rewards from feeling good about oneself. Children need to experience success in order to build confidence and develop a positive self-image. The rewards will be endless.

A child’s physical development plays a significant role in his/her future well-being. Studies by the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports have shown that a child who participates in at least one hour of rigorous physical activity each day is less apt to become stressed, more likely to be happy, and less liable to participate in crime later in life.
With the decreased availability of safe play in parks and neighborhood streets, and with the diminished priority given to physical education in school curricula, the parent’s job of seeing that a child has proper physical exercise has become much more challenging.
